Use OpenTelemetry-native observability with Datadog from ingestion to investigation

Following OpenTelemetry’s CNCF graduation, Datadog is expanding its support for OTel-native observability by enabling vendor-neutral data ingestion via standard OTLP exporters and direct intake endpoints. These enhancements allow users to seamlessly integrate OTel metrics, logs, and traces into existing Datadog monitoring and APM workflows without the need for proprietary agents or manual transformations. Furthermore, Datadog continues to drive the evolution of OpenTelemetry standards through active upstream contributions to the open-source project.
