Dynatrace is releasing ready-made AI agents designed to proactively address operational issues for developers, SREs, and IT operations teams – going beyond generic AI to offer task-focused solutions. These agents leverage existing Dynatrace data to automatically investigate problems, explain system behavior, and suggest remediation, and can be accessed through workflows, the MCP Server for integration with various tools, or directly via Dynatrace Assist for quick testing. Dynatrace aims to provide immediately valuable AI capabilities, eliminating the need for custom model training and offering a path toward fully autonomous operations.
