Dynatrace to acquire Bindplane to bring control to the telemetry lifecycle

Dynatrace has agreed to acquire Bindplane, a telemetry pipeline built on open standards, to address the challenges of exponentially increasing and fragmented observability data. This acquisition will combine Bindplane’s data control and processing capabilities with Dynatrace’s AI-powered observability, giving customers greater flexibility, access, and control over their telemetry data – from collection at the source through analysis. Ultimately, this aims to improve data quality for AI-driven insights and streamline observability across multi-cloud environments.
