Automate Log Management via Terraform

This article advocates for “Log Management as Code” using Terraform and New Relic to automate and standardize log pipelines. By defining log parsing, data partitioning, security (obfuscation), and filtering rules as code, organizations can eliminate manual configuration, reduce operational toil, and ensure consistent, secure, and cost-effective log management across all services. This approach creates a self-governing pipeline where new services automatically inherit optimized log configurations, improving agility and observability.
