OpenSearch Kubernetes Operator 3.0 is now generally available

The OpenSearch Kubernetes Operator 3.0 has reached General Availability, introducing rewritten core reconcilers to safely manage rolling upgrades, scaling, and certificate rotation. To ensure production readiness, the release was rigorously validated by a new 60-playbook test harness that identified nearly 50 bugs during the alpha phase. Version 2.x is now end-of-life, and users are encouraged to perform an in-place upgrade using the official migration guide.
