Interview with iAdvize

iAdvize, a conversational commerce platform, replaced their traditional Nagios and Centreon monitoring with Prometheus to gain better control and flexibility as they transitioned to a microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure. This switch allowed them to rapidly deploy monitoring for new services, provide developers with direct access to metrics via Grafana, and ultimately improve performance – including a 45% reduction in database size and 75% reduction in peak latency. They are now focused on leveraging Prometheus for auto-scaling and exploring advanced features like anomaly detection to build a more autonomous system.
