Interview with JustWatch

JustWatch is a streaming search engine with a rapidly growing international presence, operating a microservices architecture with a small engineering team. They transitioned to Prometheus for monitoring after being dissatisfied with traditional, host-based systems, finding it a natural fit for their containerized environment and Go-based backend. Since implementing Prometheus, JustWatch has seen significant improvements in whitebox monitoring, alerting capabilities, and overall system observability, and plans to expand its use beyond technical teams to track business KPIs.
