The Prometheus team has established a new UX Research Working Group to proactively address user experience pain points identified through recent research – ranging from onboarding to documentation. This group will partner with both Prometheus maintainers and end-users, offering research, usability feedback, and support for improving the overall user experience of the monitoring system. Interested individuals can contribute or participate in studies via Slack, bi-weekly meetings, or GitHub.
