Elastic and Red Hat: Scaling the sovereign AI factory with NVIDIA GPU acceleration

Elastic, Red Hat, and NVIDIA have partnered to provide a comprehensive platform for building and scaling “sovereign AI factories” – secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions. This collaboration combines Elastic’s GPU-accelerated vector search (powered by NVIDIA cuVS) with Red Hat AI on OpenShift, enabling significantly faster indexing (up to 12x) and improved performance for applications like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents. The solution allows organizations to deploy and manage AI workflows across any environment – on-premise, cloud, or hybrid – while maintaining complete control over their data sovereignty.
