FireHydrant has released several updates to improve incident management, including a new analytics experience offering data on incident impact, responders, and infrastructure. They've also introduced a Slack command (/firehydrant status) for quick incident overviews and a Slack App Home for a comprehensive view of ongoing incidents. Finally, users can now automate incident channel archiving directly within their runbooks after completing a retrospective.
