Assign Teams when Declaring an Incident, Get On-Call Schedules for Functionalities

FireHydrant updated its incident management platform with two key features: team assignment during incident declaration (via Slack/API) and the ability to link on-call schedules to Functionalities, extending beyond just Services. Additionally, several bugs were fixed, including issues with Slack posting, timestamp saving, and PagerDuty syncing, improving overall platform reliability.
