Automatic Slack User Linking, New Teams Page, and support for Multi-Channel Guests

FireHydrant recently released updates to improve user experience and incident management capabilities. Key improvements include automatic Slack account linking (with alternate email support), a redesigned Teams page for better incident & responsibility overview, and support for multi-channel guests to fully participate in the incident process. They also enhanced the `/fh update` command and addressed bug fixes for PagerDuty alerts and user invitations.
