Easier Filtering for Services, Simpler Runbooks in Test Incidents, and Incident Stats in Liquid Templates

FireHydrant has released several updates including improved filtering in the service catalog for faster navigation, and the ability to test runbooks in isolation without triggering additional automated actions. Users can now also leverage incident participation statistics – like messages, tasks, and time spent – within Liquid templates to share data across communication channels. These updates aim to streamline incident response and provide more insightful data for teams.
