Incident Types Get a Major Upgrade

FireHydrant has released a major upgrade to Incident Types, offering increased structure and flexibility for incident management. Key improvements include required incident typing, customizable layouts, the ability to change types mid-incident, and enhanced analytics reporting – all reflected in Slack/Teams. Additionally, they've restored liquid templating for AI summaries and fixed date display issues in notifications.
