Introducing a New (Fully-Featured) Microsoft Teams Integration

FireHydrant has released a fully-featured Microsoft Teams integration, moving beyond basic notifications to offer complete incident management capabilities within Teams. This new bot, currently in beta, allows users to manage incidents directly from Teams using actions, commands, and runbooks – streamlining workflows and eliminating the need to switch platforms.
