Introducing Custom Fields

FireHydrant has released a new "Custom Fields" feature allowing users to tailor the platform to their specific incident management needs. These fields—text, single/multi-select—can be required upon incident creation and accessed via Slack, web interface, or API, enriching incident data and improving workflow alignment. This update aims to provide more granular tracking of critical incident details and integrate seamlessly with existing notifications and runbooks.
