Introducing Resolved Incidents

FireHydrant has launched “Resolved Incidents” to allow teams to track quickly-resolved issues or incidents that fall outside their standard incident management process. This feature enables learning through retrospectives and data collection without triggering automated runbooks or alerts, offering a streamlined way to document all incidents. Users can create Resolved Incidents via the FireHydrant platform or a new Slack command.
