FireHydrant has launched “Signals,” a new alerting tool designed for modern DevOps teams, offering flexible on-call scheduling and customizable escalation policies. Signals allows teams to define alert rules based on incoming events, delivering notifications via multiple channels – including new iOS and Android apps – and seamlessly integrates with FireHydrant’s incident management system. This separation of alerts and incidents aims to improve alerting pipeline effectiveness and response times.
