Mobile Alert Timeline, MS Teams Incident Types, and Slack Update Enhancements

FireHydrant has released several updates to its incident management platform, including required milestone timestamps for better tracking and a revamped mobile app with an improved alert timeline. Integrations have also been enhanced with MS Teams now allowing incident type selection and Slack offering improved update commands and link handling, alongside a new timeline CSV export feature. These improvements aim to streamline incident response, increase accuracy, and improve the user experience across all platforms.
