New in Signals: Alert Teams with a Webhook, Resolve Alerts, and our Signals Public API

FireHydrant Signals has received several updates to streamline on-call management, including the ability to directly alert teams via webhooks, a "Resolved" state for quickly handling alerts without creating full incidents, and a public API for custom integrations. These improvements aim to provide more flexibility and insight into the entire incident lifecycle, from initial alert to resolution, and offer better tracking of both alerts and incidents. Additionally, numerous bug fixes and UI improvements have been implemented based on user feedback.
