New Incident Navigation and Functionality Tiers

FireHydrant recently released updates to improve incident management, including a redesigned Incident page with tab navigation for easier access to details and retrospectives. They've also introduced functionality tiers (0-5) allowing for automated responses based on the criticality of impacted services, and improved integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams for streamlined communication and team assignment. Numerous bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements were also implemented across the platform, enhancing usability and data accuracy.
