FireHydrant has redesigned its incident response system for both Slack and web applications, focusing on simplification and redundancy. The updates include guided workflows, improved incident declaration & status updates, and powerful runbooks to automate tasks and enforce process – all aimed at speeding up response times and reducing noise. Notably, a new Command Center provides a web-based alternative to Slack for incident management, ensuring continuity even during Slack outages.
