Support Hours Now Snoozes Alerts

FireHydrant is introducing a new feature that snoozes low-priority alerts during non-support hours, delaying them until the team's next scheduled support window. Teams can customize this experience by setting a priority threshold, designating a non-paging notification destination for queued alerts, and tracking snoozed items via a dedicated filter. While the functionality is currently opt-in, all teams will be transitioned to this new behavior in January 2027.
