Task Due Dates and Reminders

FireHydrant has added due dates and reminders to Tasks, allowing incident responders to prioritize and complete time-sensitive actions effectively with email and Slack notifications. Beyond this core feature, the update includes numerous UI improvements, bug fixes (particularly around Jira and Slack integrations), and a deprecation notice for the Data Export integration – with data remaining accessible via API and Webhooks. These changes aim to streamline incident management and improve the user experience within the platform.
