Tutorial Runbooks, Runbook Visual Explorer, Auto-Rerun Steps, and more!

FireHydrant released several updates to its incident management platform, including Tutorial Runbooks for new responders and a Visual Runbook Explorer for easier workflow visualization. Additionally, they’ve enhanced Runbooks with the ability to automatically rerun steps on state transitions, enabling more dynamic and timely notifications and actions during incidents, and added Datadog Service Import functionality.

These improvements, alongside numerous bug fixes and quality-of-life changes, aim to streamline incident response and provide more flexible and customized workflows for FireHydrant users.
