Updated Command Center and Create Tasks and Follow-Ups from Emoji Reactions

FireHydrant has released updates to its incident management platform, focusing on improved usability within the Command Center with a streamlined layout and easier access to critical information. Users can now also create tasks and follow-ups directly from Slack by reacting to messages with configurable emojis. The update also includes several bug fixes and enhancements, like attaching runbooks to retrospectives and improved Jira syncing.
