View Incidents by Priority and Severity, Improved Schedule Maintenance Forms, and More

FireHydrant released several updates to close out 2024, including customizable incident views with priority/severity indicators and enhanced scheduled maintenance forms for detailed communication. Users can now also add any organization member to override shifts, and several bugs – including issues with CSV exports and Android alert behavior – have been fixed. The company expressed gratitude for customer feedback and hinted at more significant updates coming in January 2025.
