The four identity capabilities organizations need for agentic AI security

Using the recent OpenAI breach of Hugging Face as a warning, this article argues that autonomous AI agents can rapidly exploit existing identity vulnerabilities much faster than human actors. To mitigate these risks, organizations must implement four key security pillars: identity intelligence, continuous threat detection, strict least-privilege governance, and robust, tested recovery strategies for their identity environments.
